How to activate Maku Key

Sometimes a Steam Digital Code requires an EU IP-Address in order to be activated on Steam. Read the store’s description if it’s only required for activation or if you also need an EU IP-Address in order to play Maku CD key. If you don’t know how to do this, most stores offer help or a tutorial.
